Benvenuti a Milano!

Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival at Milan’s Malpensa or Linate Airport, you’ll be greeted by your private driver for a seamless transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city. Take some time to settle in, unwind, and refresh after your journey.

In the evening, we’ll gather for a special Welcome Dinner at one of Milan’s renowned restaurants, where you’ll savor authentic Italian cuisine and toast to the incredible journey ahead.

Day One

Iconic Spots & Milano Fashion

In the morning we’ll set out on a guided walking tour through Milan’s most iconic landmarks. Learn about Milano's history as you stroll through the magnificent piazzas and uncover Milano's grand architecture and fashion streets.

We will have lunch at Maio Restaurant, a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the Duomo. Savor exquisite Italian cuisine while soaking in the beauty of Milan from above.

The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. You might:
- Stroll along the charming, artistic streets of Brera.
- Indulge in some luxury shopping on Milan's fashion streets.
- Take in Leonardo da Vinci's infamous Last Supper. 
- Or simply embrace the Italian way of life with a post-lunch nap.

Day Two

Day Trip to Lake Como

Today we leave the city behind as we set out on a dreamy day trip to one of Italy's most enchanting destinations...Lago di Como. 

We will explore the charming villages of Como, Bellagio and Varenna, stroll through the cobblestone streets, take in the spectacular views, boat rides, beautiful gardens and villas & of course eat fresh pasta, gelato and local wine.

After lunch, you’ll have free time to explore at your own pace—browse elegant shops, wander through hidden alleys, or simply relax with a gelato by the lake before heading back to Milan.

Day Three

The Roman Alps - Aosta

Today we leave Milan and embark on a scenic journey to Aosta, a hidden gem in the Italian Alps. We will journey through picturesque landscapes, leaving the bustling city behind for the peaceful mountains.

Upon arrival, you'll immediately feel Aosta’s mix of ancient history and alpine charm. After a pit stop at the famous Autogrill we will settle into our Alpine hotel for yoga, the spa and a some down time.

After settling in, we'll explore the old town, strolling through Roman ruins, cobbled streets, and picturesque piazzas. For dinner you will sample hearty Alpine cuisine like fonduta, polenta, and local cheeses, paired with wines from the Valle d’Aosta region.






Day Four

Courmayeur and Mont Blanc

Today is a free day to explore the stunning Alps at your own pace. We will travel to the charming town of Courmayeur, nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, and wander through its picturesque streets and boutique shops.

For an unforgettable experience, take the Skyway Monte Bianco cable car to 3,466 meters, offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks.

If you don't want to take the Skyway there are plenty of things to do in Courmayeur - whether it’s relaxing in town, taking a scenic nature walk, or visiting Europe's highest botanical garden - there is something for everyone.

In the late afternoon we will all unwind together at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal spa taking in breathtaking views of the magnificent Alps!

Day Five

Castles of Aosta & Arrival in Turin

Today we explore the medieval castles of the Aosta Valley, including Fénis Castle with a private guided tour, rich in history and stunning landscapes.

After our castle visit, we head to Turin, Italy’s first capital. Upon arrival, we'll check into our hotel and enjoy a stroll through the city’s grand piazzas, baroque architecture, and historic cafés.

The day ends with a delicious dinner at 3 Galline, where we'll savor Piedmontese specialties like vitello tonnato, tajarin pasta, and bollito misto, paired with local wines.

Day Six

Discovering Turin

Today, we explore Turin’s history and elegance with a guided tour of its grand piazzas, palaces, and hidden gems, including Palazzo Reale and Palazzo Madama.

For lunch, we head to Scannabue, one of my favorite restaurants, for another exceptional taste of Piedmontese cuisine.

Then the afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace. You might:
- Visit the Chapel of the Holy Shroud.
- Take a leisurely stroll along the Po River, soaking in scenic views.
- Shop on Via Roma, where high-end boutiques and historic cafés line the elegant streets.
-Take in stunning views from the Cinema Museum


The evening is yours to enjoy Turin’s vibrant dining scene or relax with an aperitivo.

Day Seven

La Dolce Vita - Chocolate & Gianduia

We start the day with a hands-on Gianduja-making class, crafting Turin’s iconic hazelnut chocolate under expert guidance.

After making and tasting chocolate the afternoon is your to explore more of Turin with optional day trips.

You might choose to:
- Try a "bicerin" in one of Turin's historical caffes.
- Visit Reggia di Veneria Reale
- Visit La Sacra di San Michele an ancient church dating back to 900!
- Treat yourself to the spa.

In the evening we will all come together for our Farewell dinner to Turin before getting ready to head out to the stunning Piedmontese countryside.








Day Eight

A Taste of Piedmont

Today, we embark on a culinary adventure with a private chef, learning to create an authentic farm-to-table Piemontese lunch at an esteemed Langhe winery. We’ll make antipasti, handmade pasta, and rich sauces before enjoying the fruits of our labor together along with a wine tasting and pairing.

After lunch, we will check-in and relax at our Agriturismo — you may choose to lounge by the pool, take a nature walk, or enjoy a glass of Barolo.

In the evening, you may partake in an optional wine tasting at our Agriturismo / winery before meeting together to enjoy dinner, conversation and stunning views for our agriturism.

Day Nine

Truffles, Wine & Adventure

Today, we go on a truffle hunting adventure with a local Trifulau and his trained dog, learning about the art of truffle hunting, the region’s deep-rooted traditions, and the magic behind these highly prized culinary treasures.

After the hunt, we’ll enjoy a truffle tasting, paired with local cheeses and wines.

The afternoon is yours to customize your Langhe experience:
- Rent an e-bike and ride through the picturesque vineyard-covered hills.
- Go wine tasting at one of the region’s celebrated wineries.
- Explore a nearby village, like Barolo or La Morra, known for their stunning views and historic charm.
- Indulge in a cheese-tasting experience.
- Relax at the pool or book a spa treatment.

Day Ten

Italian Riviera here we come!

Today we bid farewell to the rolling vineyards of Langhe and make our way south to the stunning Italian Riviera. Our destination: La Spezia, the gateway to the breathtaking Cinque Terre.

On our way down we will stop at a local farm for lunch where you will have the true experience of eating at an Italian's home before continuing down to La Spezia.

After check-in you can roam around the streets o La Spezia before choosing your option of either dinning at the hotel or hoping on a train to explore of of Cinque Terres towns for dinner.


Day Eleven

Cinque Terre Day & Farewell Dinner

Today is yours to experience Cinque Terre your way—whether that means adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both.

We will start the day with a guided tour of two of the five villages and then you will have free-time to explore this coastal paradise:

- Hike the scenic trails that connect the five villages, taking in breathtaking cliffside views.
- Relax on the beach with a good book.
- Wander the villages, soaking in their charm.


As the sun sets we will all gather together for our final farewell dinner taking in the breathtaking views of Cinque Terre - toasting to new friendships and memories made.

Day Twelve

Cinque Terre by Boat & Return to Milan

This morning, we check out of our hotel and bid farewell to the stunning Cinque Terre.

But before heading back to Milan we will spend the morning viewing the Cinque Terre by private boat before one last afternoon to shop, relax at the beach or visit the villages before hoping into our vans and heading back to up Milan to prepare for your return to the USA.

Day Thirteen

Arrivaderci Italia! Departures Day

Today marks the end of our journey together. After breakfast, private transfers will take you to the airport with ample time for check-in, tax-free riembursments, and a smooth departure.

As you head home, you’ll carry with you memories of shared meals, meaningful moments, breathtaking landscapes, and the deep connections made along the way. This isn’t just a trip you’re leaving behind—it’s an experience that will stay with you long after the journey ends.
